Another labour of love concoction. Coconut flesh is steeped into our dairy ice cream, then strained by hand for a true tropical and aromatic coconut flavour. We then pair it with our house made Passion Fruit coulis. These tangy and sweet fruits are imported from Colombia and add a nice balance to the luscious coconut.
