Café Con Leche

Roasted coffee beans from Costa Rica are steeped overnight into our custard ice cream. It is then blended with dulce de leche for a caramelized touch.

Ingredients: Skim milk, cream, egg yolks, sugar, skim milk powder, salt, guar gum, locust bean gum, dulce de leche, ground coffee.
